Freeze and Disable Selected Track
Freezes the selected instrument track and then disables it entirely — maximum CPU and RAM savings for tracks not currently needed.
Select one or more tracks in the Project window that you want to freeze and disable. This macro will freeze those tracks with their current settings and then disable them to free up CPU resources.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
