Freeze and Fold Selected Tracks
Freezes selected tracks and then folds them to minimize screen space, keeping the project tidy while saving CPU.
Select one or more tracks in the Project window that you want to freeze. The macro will freeze them with your current settings and then collapse them to clean up your arrange view.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
