KeyCmds offers searchable databases of keyboard shortcuts, AI-generated scripts/macros for Cubase/Nuendo, and guides.

• Unofficial Resource: KeyCmds is not affiliated, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. "Cubase" and "Nuendo" are registered trademarks of Steinberg.
• AI Disclaimer: The User acknowledges that certain content (specifically macros and scripts) is generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or functionally flawed.

3. NON-AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

KeyCmds operates independently of Steinberg. Any reference to their products is strictly for compatibility and educational purposes under "Fair Use" doctrine.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Paid Services: KeyCmds offers subscription plans processed securely via Stripe.
• Introductory Offers: We may offer discounted rates (e.g., "$1 for the first month"). These offers automatically renew at the regular monthly price (e.g., $4.99/mo) unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The interface, code, and original content are the property of KeyCmds. You retain rights to your specific prompts, but KeyCmds retains rights to the underlying AI algorithms and database structures.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to share your account credentials, use automated bots to scrape our database, or attempt to reverse-engineer our services.
