Bounce Audio and Disable Track
Bounces selected audio events to a new file and then disables the track to save CPU while keeping the audio in place.
Select one or more audio tracks in the Project window that you want to bounce. The macro will render them to audio files and then disable the original tracks to take them offline.

How to install
