Macro
Select All and Export MIDI File
Selects all events in the project then opens the Export MIDI File dialog to save the full arrangement as a MIDI file.
You'll need the MIDI Editor open with some MIDI events, or have MIDI tracks in your project. The macro will select everything in your session and open the export dialog to save it as a MIDI file.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
