Macro
Enable Precount and Start Recording
Turns on the precount (count-in) so musicians hear the tempo before recording starts, then begins recording immediately.
Make sure you have the tracks you want to record selected in the arrange window. The macro will turn on precount and immediately start recording, so your metronome will click a few beats before capturing audio.
