Freeze Selected Tracks
Freezes all selected tracks (instruments and audio) to render them to audio and free up CPU resources.
Select one or more tracks in the Project window that you want to freeze. The macro will freeze your selected tracks to reduce CPU load, then open the export dialog so you can render your final mixdown.

How to install
