Duplicate Tracks Then Freeze Originals
Duplicates the selected tracks to create a backup, then freezes the originals to save CPU, giving you both an editable copy and a frozen render.
Select one or more tracks in the Project window that you want to duplicate. The macro will create copies of your selected tracks and then freeze the originals to save CPU while keeping them available for editing later.

How to install
