Bounce, Freeze and Hide Track
Bounces the track selection, freezes the track, and hides it from view
Select an audio track or instrument track in your project. This macro will bounce your selection to audio, freeze it to save CPU resources, and then hide the track from view—you can always unhide and unfreeze it later if needed.

How to install
