Zoom to Locators and Loop Play
Zooms the timeline to fit between the left and right locators, then enables cycle mode and starts playback for loop monitoring.
Set your left and right locators to mark the section you want to work with. When you run this, it'll zoom the timeline to fit those locators perfectly and start looping playback so you can review that section on repeat.
