Open Velocity Dialog then Apply Fixed Velocity
Opens the MIDI Velocity dialog for custom velocity adjustments, then applies a fixed velocity value to all selected notes for uniformity.
Open the MIDI Editor with some notes selected, or have MIDI events ready to edit. This will open the Velocity dialog and then apply a fixed velocity value to your selected notes.
