Stop, Set Locators to Selection, and Return to Zero

Stops playback, snaps locators to the current selection for future loop or punch use, then returns the cursor to zero for a clean restart from the top.

Select a region or event in your timeline that you want to loop or focus on. The macro will stop playback, set both locators around your selection, and jump the cursor back to the start.
