Select In Loop and Crop Range

Selects all events within the current loop (locator range), then crops the project range to that selection — removing everything outside the locators.

Make sure you have at least one track or event selected, and set your left and right locators to bracket the section you want to keep. This macro will select everything within the loop and crop your project to that range.
