Insert System Break and Fill View
Inserts a system break at the selected barline in the Score Editor and then fills the view so you can immediately see the result.
Have the Score Editor open and click on the barline or measure where you want to force a system break. The macro will insert the break and then zoom the view to fit everything on screen.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
