Arm Read and Write on Selected Tracks
Enables both Read and Write automation on the currently selected tracks, readying them for a focused automation pass without touching other tracks.
Select the tracks you want to automate in the Project window. This macro will turn on both Read and Write automation for those tracks, so any automation data will play back and new changes will be recorded.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
