Open Quantize Setup Dialog
Opens the Quantize Setup panel where you can configure grid, swing, iterative strength, and groove templates.
You need the MIDI Editor open with some MIDI events selected, or at least have MIDI data in your project. This will open the Quantize Setup dialog where you can tweak swing amounts and choose groove templates before quantizing your parts.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
