Pre-roll, Play Selection, then Post-roll

Enables both pre-roll and post-roll, then plays the selected range so you can hear context before and after the edit region — ideal for checking punch-in edits.

Select at least one track or event in your project, and make sure pre-roll and post-roll durations are set in Transport > Project Synchronization Setup. The macro will enable pre- and post-roll playback, set your locators to the selection, and play it back with the buffer time you've configured.
