Macro
Enable Pre-Roll and Start Recording
Activates pre-roll playback before the punch/record point so you hear context before the recording starts.
Make sure you have the tracks you want to record on selected in the arrange window. The macro will turn on pre-roll and start recording, giving you a few bars to get ready before the actual recording begins.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
