Select Guitar Tracks Then Show in Mixer
Uses the PLE to select all tracks with 'Guitar' in the name, then filters the MixConsole to show only the selected channels.
You need at least one track in your project with 'Guitar' in its name. When you run this, it'll find and select all your guitar tracks, then bring them into focus in the Mixer.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
