Dissolve Note Expression and Bounce
Dissolves Note Expression back to standard MIDI CC and bounces the part
Open the MIDI Editor with a MIDI track that has Note Expression data. This macro will dissolve the Note Expression into regular MIDI data and then bounce it into a single event.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
