Normalize Selected Audio
Normalizes the volume of selected audio events to peak at 0dB. Use this to maximize loudness without clipping when you have quiet recordings.
Select one or more audio events in the Project window. The macro will normalize them to 0dB peak level.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
