Set MIDI Quantize to 1/32 Note
Sets the MIDI quantize grid to thirty-second notes (1/32)
Open the MIDI Editor with some MIDI events, or make sure you have MIDI data selected in your project. This will set your quantize grid to quarter notes for any quantizing you do next.
