Loop Locators and Record
Sets locators from selection, activates cycle and records
Select one or more tracks or events in the arrange window that you want to record into. The macro will set your loop points to match your selection, enable cycle mode, jump to the start, and begin recording.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
