Set Locators to Selection and Insert Silence
Sets locators to the current selection, then inserts silence at that range — pushing all subsequent events forward to create a gap.
Select an audio or MIDI event (or a range of events) in the arrange window. The macro will set your locators to match that selection and then insert silence at that location to create space in your arrangement.
