Set Locators to Selection and Insert Bars
Sets the left and right locators to the current selection, then inserts bars at that position to expand the arrangement.
Select one or more events or a range in the timeline. The macro will set your left and right locators to match your selection, then open the Insert Bars dialog so you can add bars at that location.
