Insert Into Project At Cursor
Inserts the selected media file from the MediaBay into your project at the current cursor position. Use this to quickly add samples, loops, or audio files to your timeline.
You need to have the MediaBay open and a media file selected. The cursor should be positioned where you want the file to be inserted. The macro inserts that file into the project at that cursor location.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
