Export Audio Mixdown (Quick)
Deactivates solos, rewinds and opens the Export Audio Mixdown dialog
Make sure you have the tracks you want to export selected in the arrange window. The macro will deactivate any solo, return playback to the start, and open the export dialog so you can confirm your settings and save the mixdown.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
