Enable Bidirectional Track/Event Selection Follow
Turns on both 'Track Selection Follows Event Selection' and 'Select Track on Background Click' so navigation stays consistent.
You'll need at least one track or event selected in your project. This macro will enable two-way selection linking so that clicking an event automatically selects its track, and clicking a track background automatically selects events on that track.
