Full Precision Edit Chain
Selects events in loop, zooms in, splits at cursor, deselects, zooms full and rewinds
You'll need a track or event selected in the arrange view, and your loop range set to define the area you want to work with. This macro will select everything in the loop, zoom in on it, split at the cursor, then reset your view and return playback to the start.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
