Full MIDI Cleanup
Removes duplicate notes, mono overlaps, continuous controllers, then quantizes
Open the MIDI Editor with a MIDI part loaded, or select a MIDI part in the Project window. This will remove duplicate notes, fix overlapping notes, strip out controller data, and quantize everything to the grid for a spotless performance.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
