Touch Mode + Enable Read on All Tracks
Switches automation to Touch mode and enables read on every track in the project for a safe mix pass.
Select the tracks you want to automate in the arrange window. This macro will switch them to Touch mode and enable read on all of them, so your automation plays back safely during mixing without accidental writes.

How to install
