Arranger Go To First Chain Step
Jumps the playhead to the first step in the current Arranger chain. Use this to quickly navigate back to the start of your arrangement structure.
You need the Arranger window open and an Arranger chain created. The macro jumps to the first step in that chain.

Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Macro Manager, import the macro XML, and assign a key command if you like.
