Macro

Add Audio Track, Rename, and Record-Enable

Adds a stereo audio track, opens the rename field for labelling, then record-enables the track — a three-step setup for instant recording readiness.

You'll need at least one track selected in the Project window. The macro will add a new audio track, let you rename it, and automatically arm it for recording.
