Delete Not Muted
Deletes all tracks that are not muted, keeping only the muted ones. Use this when you want to isolate a specific set of muted tracks by removing everything else.

How to install
Download the zip, then in Cubase open the Project Logical Editor, import the preset XML, and run it on your selection.
